Parrotdog Pandemonium Pilsner
A delicious pilsner with a decent bitterness, a sneaky citruisy kind of whiff of NZ hops and a light but but solid body. In my opinion this guy is one of the best NZ Pilsners, bearing some resemblance to the Czech style (bit without the earthy grit of Saaz hops), but actually still tasting like a modern kiwi craft beer. The balance of these two factors is bang on, making it somehow both light and heavy at the same time; very pleasant beer to down for a short or long session.
