Garage Project Yuzukoshō Green Yuzu, Chilli, Salted Sour

Yuzu chilli salted sour? Sounds a bit odd, wasn't sure what this would be like. But I genuinely enjoyed it! The salt and the chilli were both very subtle but still noticeable, and the unique fruity almost citrusy (a yuzu is like a japanese mandarin thing) and maybe a bit spicy flavour blended nicely with the sourness, balanced with a subtle sweetness. Overall a group of ingredients that don't really sound like they should be in beer came together really well making a satisfying evening drink.
