8 Wired Lamponi Raspberry Sour
One of the nicest raspberry sours I've had, with the raspberry being quite subtle and almost no sweetness, the tartness marrying in pretty well and the odd addition of basic and oregano being only just noticeable and unexpectedly pleasant (and well matched to the pizza I happened to be eating). It was nothing like a creamy soda, which some of the raspberry sours are; I think the best thing about this beer was its lack of sweetness. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Not an every day beer, maybe not even a once a month beer, but maybe a good beer for something different with a decent pizza.
