Yeastie Boys Remix Isolation IPA

Apparently a "remix" of the Digital, this beer showcases the Mosaic Cryo hops from the US with their unmistakable and distnictive florally kind of tropically smell and taste. The beer is good looking with a nice pale amber kind of colour a good head (probably poured a little aggressively in the picture below),  and a nice sweetness underneath. My major criticism of this beer is the distinct lack of bitterness; there is almost no bitterness at all. I don't even know how they managed to do that with such a big hop flavour, but I don't think I've ever had such a big hop foward beer with such a lack of bitterness, that wasn't a Hazy/NEIPA. I actually thought that it kind of detracted from the beer, and a decent bittering would have gone really well with all the other flavours.
