Parrotdog Bitterbitch IPA

A combination of British and NZ hops is a bit left field, but they come together really nicely here. The British hops, combined with a good roasty malt backbone give the slightest hint of a traditional English ale, but that's in the backseat (or maybe the boot) behind the big NZ tropical hops in the spotlight blending beautifully with a slight sweetness to almost give a kind of bubblegum type flavour that counters the bitterness perfectly. Real yum.
