Cargo Pilsner
A Czech style pilsner with a decent bittering and that distinctive Czech hop kind of earthy flavour and a nice smooth malty richness. Not quite as bitter or hoppy as say a Pilsner Urqell, and definitely no hint of aroma hops like most NZ craft Pilsners. Slightly sweeter, smoother and less pungent than a true Czech Pilsner... and I can't quite figure out if that's something I like or I dislike. I guess it kind of makes it slightly more drinkable but slightly less memorable.
