Cargo - Lost Cargo Vienna Lager

Another classic style from Cargo that steers away from the intense hoppiness characteristic of modern NZ craft beer. A true Vienna lager with a big malty almost buttery flavour (not buttery in a bad way like diacetyl but maybe more like a good Chardonnay), a slight sweetness and a big heavy body in a light coloured beer. Probably equally as heavy as a double IPA, but all due to the malt flavours and very subdued hop flavours, that are really only there to counter the sweetness with the slightest bit of bitterness (that's pronounced "bitter-bitterness"). A delicious beer in an appropriately big can to get a full pint of drinkingness.
