Emoyeni Glowing Ember Sauce
Snapped up a bottle of this chilli sauce a local market. The name "Glowing Ember" left me not really knowing what to expect, but with high expectations. Really more of a chutney than a chilli sauce it turns out; packing a nice thud of a chilli hit, but not so much that it overpowers the other flavours coming out. A little bit sweet, a little bit acidic, a little bit tomatoey and a good bit spicey!
