Duncan's Pale Ale

I once turned up to Duncan's brewery and asked him to fill my keg for a party, and had 19L of this stuff fresh. It's good. Almost as good as his beard.

Duncan's make a few odd experimental beers, some great and some not quite to my taste, but this pale ale is their standout beer, a classic style done fantastically. Massive NZ hop flavour right up your nose from the time the lid is popped. One of those beers that smells as good as it tastes, then has a nice good head and body but a long lasting delicious hops flavour that fills the mouth and nose and lasts long after the beer is down the gullet.

Perhaps one of the best pale ales in NZ.
