Behemoth / Mount Brewing Piny Dancer White IPA
I'm on a bit of a hunt for a great White IPA at the moment (because I want to brew one); this one was delicious, but I thought it kind of tasted more like a New England (Hazy) IPA than a White IPA; the big badda boom hoppiness was there, but the Belgian Wit flavours weren't really shining through all that much. A nice drinkable beer, and I'm alwasy keen to try a collaboration.
The name got Elton John stuck in my head for hours, and writing this it's back in there now. Hold me closer.
