Orcona Smoked Jalapeno Sauce

I've had quite a few of Orcona's chilli sauces now, and they've all been delicious. This one is probably my favourite - smoked Jalapeno is a perfect combination of smoke and pickle with a good slap in the face chilli hit. As you can see I had it tonight with chips and saussies (excuse my son's toy drill in the background), it goes equally well with literally anything, especially leftovers (I always think back to Tobasco sauce's old slogan - "makes 3 day old pizza taste like 2 day old pizza").

Love supporting something local, and I've taken more than my fair share of tasters at the Hawke's Bay farmers market (definitely check out their stand if you get there).
